All orders are confirmed only upon advance payment.

50% advance is required to secure the booking. Balance to be paid before or at the time of pickup/delivery.

Final guest count and menu must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Packages are designed for a specific number of people and may vary slightly based on consumption.

Delivery charges will be additional, as applicable based on location.

Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time. Delivery (if opted) will be within the agreed time window.

Food is prepared fresh and is best consumed within 3–4 hours. Proper storage after delivery/pickup is the customer’s responsibility.

Please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

SSSV reserves the right to make minor menu adjustments based on availability.
